What exactly do you clean?

Residential curbside carts: trash, recycling and green organics bins. We clean the inside, the outside, the lid and the rim, then deodorize the whole thing. If you've got more than two bins, add them on when you sign up.

Do I need to be home?

Nope. We clean at the curb on your regular trash day after the truck empties your bins. Leave them out and get on with your life.

Do you serve apartments or businesses?

We focus on residential curbside carts in Phoenix and the Valley. Commercial dumpsters are a different animal and we don't clean those.

Is the cleaning safe for pets and plants?

Yes. We use eco-friendly solutions and we capture the wastewater rather than letting it run down your driveway into the storm drain.

How do you clean the bins?

Water at roughly 200°F, delivered at about 3,500 PSI, inside a contained system. Heat and pressure together blast off the baked-on residue that a garden hose just smears around.

Does it really kill the smell?

The smell comes from bacteria feeding on residue in the plastic. Strip the residue and the smell has nothing to live on. We finish with a deodorizer so the bin comes back neutral, not perfumed.

Will hot water damage my bin?

No. Our technicians know how far to push it. Bins that already have cracks or heat damage from the Arizona sun get a gentler pass so we don't make an existing problem worse.

What about maggots and flies?

That's one of our most common calls in summer. Hot water at pressure clears the larvae and the food source they hatched in, which is why the flies stop hanging around a few days after the first clean.

How often should I get it done in Phoenix?

Every 4 weeks is what most Valley households land on, because our heat runs the bacteria clock faster than almost anywhere else. Every 8 weeks works fine for small households that bag everything tightly.

What if my bins aren't out?

If the bins aren't at the curb, or trash got tossed back in after pickup, we can't clean them. That's a $15 unserviceable service fee, since the truck and the tech already made the trip.

Am I locked into a contract?

No long-term contract. Recurring service keeps going until you tell us to stop.
